Executive Board and Management Team

Niels Henrik Jensen was appointed President & CEO on 1 January 2006 and is now positioned at EAC's head office in Copenhagen. Niels Henrik Jensen worked from EAC's Group Operational Centre in Singapore for almost 8 years from 1998 and to end-2005 as Executive Vice President and member of EAC's Operational Executive Group. Niels Henrik Jensen graduated as attorney-at-law from the University of Copenhagen in 1979 and after 6 years with EAC in the US, he returned to Copenhagen as Group Senior Vice President in charge of structural changes of the EAC Group. Niels Henrik Jensen joined EAC in 1979.

Michael Østerlund Madsen was appointed Group CFO 1 January 2006.

Michael Østerlund Madsen worked at EAC's Group Operational Centre in Singapore from 1999 - from 2005 as Associate Director and Head of Group Financial Accounting. Prior to joining EAC, Michael Østerlund Madsen held a series of financial and management positions with Danish and international corporations within various industries.

Michael Østerlund Madsen holds degrees in B. Com. (Management A & Business Finance) / HD (Diploma in Economics) from Aarhus School of Business, Denmark and in addition an EMBA from IMD, Switzerland obtained in 2003.

Michael Østerlund Madsen joined EAC in 1999.

Bent Porsborg is President of EAC Foods / Plumrose Latinoamericana C.A., Venezuela, and Senior Vice President of EAC and member of the Group's Operations Management Team.

Bent Porsborg has been with EAC Foods in Venezuela since 1989 and President since 1991. Prior to this, he held various managerial positions in EAC subsidiaries in Brazil, Bolivia and Venezuela.

Bent Porsborg joined EAC in 1977.

Lars Lykke Iversen is CEO of EAC Moving & Relocation Services/Santa Fe Group based in Hong Kong, Senior Vice President of EAC and member of the Group's Operations Management Team. Lars Lykke Iversen has worked with Santa Fe since 1990, first as Managing Director of Santa Fe, Hong Kong and since 2001 as CEO of the Santa Fe Group. Prior to his career with Santa Fe, Lars Lykke Iversen has held various positions with increasing responsibility within the EAC Group in Canada, USA and today in Hong Kong.

Lars Lykke Iversen joined EAC in 1972.
